   ROHM has developed the BD8758xY family of rail-to-rail input/output high-speed CMOS operational amplifiers to provide improved EMI immunity for automotive and industrial equipment applications requiring high-speed induction in harsh environments. Examples include vehicle ECU and anomaly detection systems for factory automation equipment.

  The company released the EMAMOUR series because of their excellent noise resistance, which reduces design resources by combining vertically integrated production systems with proprietary analog design techniques. Mainly for automotive and industrial markets

   The series is designed to stop faults caused by noise without the need for special application measures. The latest series, in particular, demonstrated excellent performance in four international noise assessment tests. For example, in ISO 11452-2 radio wave emission tests conducted by automobile manufacturers, the output voltage of standard products fluctuated above ±300mV in all frequency bands. Meanwhile, the new series offers ±10mV or less. At the same time, the CMOS component architecture helps to achieve accurate, high-speed signal amplification -- when installed in the target sensor application, it is not affected by external noise. This significantly improves reliability while reducing design and production time in many applications, including anomaly detection systems.

   In addition, ROHM Real Model, available on its website, offers a new high-precision SPICE Model that matches actual IC and simulated values for electrical and temperature characteristics to stop rework after prototyping

   Application examples include EV/HEV inverter, engine control unit, eCall (Vehicle emergency calling system), vehicle navigation/air conditioning system; Industrial factory automation equipment, measuring equipment, measuring instruments, servo system, sensor system; And other noise sensitive automotive/industrial applications.
