Rugged capacitors can operate reliably under harsh environmental conditions and can easily pass the moist heat test. At a temperature of 85 ° C, a relative humidity of 85%, and a voltage of 240VAC, they must run for at least 1,000 hours, and the capacitance changes Must not exceed 10% or more.
The company says that X2 capacitors are well-suited for applications in harsh environments, such as capacitive power supplies in outdoor meters and in-line industrial applications.
