Hirose has expanded its SignalBee line-to-plate connector portfolio with an ultra-reliable 1mm pitch version. The KW30 series miniature single-row connectors offer 2 to 8 positions, providing enhanced reliability through a two-point contact design and crimped contact protection against deflection. In addition, the ribbed design provides a strong fit between the plug and socket, resulting in high vibration resistance. A central lock protects against incomplete fit, incorrect insertion, and lock damage.
It is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications including home appliances/white goods, medical equipment, FA controllers, office equipment, industrial robots, servo motors and more. And to provide design flexibility, the series offers several variations including straight or right angle interface types; 28, 30 or 32 AWG; and gold plating.
