The MAX6316---MAX6322 Microprocessor (μP) series monitoring circuits monitor power and microprocessor activity in digital systems. It offers several combinations of push/pull, open/leak, and two-way (such as the MOTOROLA 68HC11) reset output, as well as watchdog and manual reset capabilities.

The selectors guide below lists the specific features available for each device. These devices can adjust reset threshold voltages at 26 plants (from 2.5V to 5V in 100mV increments), have four minimum power-on reset timeouts (from 1ms to 1.12s), and four watchdog timeouts (from 6.3ms to 25.6s).
Pin Configurations
There are 13 standard versions to choose from, order increment requirement is 2500 pieces (see standard version table); Contact the factory whether there are other versions, there is an order increment requirement of 10000 pieces. The MAX6316-MAX6322 comes in a small 5-pin SOT23 package.
