The LT6550/LT6551 are 3.3V triode and tetroode high speed video amplifiers. These voltage feedback amplifiers drive double-ended 50 or 75Ω cables and are configured with a fixed gain of 2, eliminating 6 or 8 external gain setting resistors. The LT6550/LT6551 has 110MHz-3dB bandwidth, high conversion rates, and fast Settings, making them ideal for RGB video processing.

The LT6551 four-pack is designed for single-power operation and the LT6550 three-pack is available for single-power or split power supplies. On a single 3.3V power supply, the input voltage range extends from ground to 1.55V, and the output swings to the 400mV range of the power supply voltage while driving a 150Ω load.These characteristics, coupled with the ability to accept RGB video signals without the need for AC coupling or level drift of the input signal, make the LT6550/ LT6551 ideal for low-voltage video applications.
Both the LT6550 and LT6551 are available in small 10-pin MSOP packages and utilize a flow pin output. The small footprint results in a compact high-performance video amplifier solution.
