Linear Technology's feature-rich LT8614 buck regulator. The device has a proprietary mute switch architecture that is designed to minimize EMI / EMC emissions while providing high efficiency at frequencies up to 3MHz.
The device is available in a 3mm x 4mm QFN monolithic structure with integrated power switches. All necessary circuits have been included to ensure a solution with minimal PCB footprint. The 2.5μA ultra-low quiescent current and fully regulated output make the LT8614 ideally suited for applications that require the highest efficiency at very small load currents-as automotive and industrial power supplies, universal step-down and GSM power supplies.
