The Minikin-Air series has two different package types, and both are the thinnest SMD LEDs in the industry. Its height profile is only 0.2mm, which is a quarter of the thickness of traditional 0603 SMD LEDs.
The lightweight and physical size of these ultra-thin SMD LEDs make them the best choice for mobile applications or any space-constrained design. The company said that in order to comply with RoHS and REACH regulations, both packages are compatible with automatic placement equipment.
